TODAY IS MONDAY IN LOUISIANA
I had the pleasure of collaborating with children's entertainer, Johnette Downing who wrote the song, Today is Monday. The song was developed into a book that was illustrated by Deborah Ousley Kadir Thomas, in the 1990's. In the Fall of 2017, I was asked to adapt and animate the illustrations. I worked to remain loyal to the original designs while rebuilding them for animation and adding new textures and details.
